- milk chocolate, fattier, 7 times more salted, but less sweet (55 g/100g)
- the light or diet chocolate
is reduced in sugar but, nevertheless, richer in fat content. If it is
well appropriate for diabétics, it presents only little interest
to peolpe on diet, because the calorific saving of 14% compared to a normal
chocolate is composed by the loss of savour and the intensification of
consumption related to a relaxation of censure.
