Nutrition Interest

Schematically, the chocolate is sweetened cocoa, possibly enriched with milk or cream, or even flavoured with fruit or alcohol. The nutritional composition of the chocolate varies a lot according to varieties and brands, but on average, it contains as follows:

- Calories: between 500 and 550
- Protids: between 2 and 7 G
- Glucides: between 55 and 62

Its main ingredient, cocoa, is very rich in iron, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins B1 and B9.
It also includes psychotropic components like magnesium, theobromine, cafeine and the phényléthylamine.
